Deposit & Cancellation

Reservation deposit

A $150 deposit reserves your appointment and is credited toward your examination or treatment charges. It is not an additional fee.

48-hour cancellation

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit is eligible for a refund or can be carried to a new time.

Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed appointments, may result in the deposit being forfeited.

If we need to cancel

If the practice cancels your appointment, you will receive a refund or an agreed alternative.

Emergencies and special circumstances are reviewed individually.
